The post previous to this one was a difficult one to write. With no blame to find shelter behind, it was hard to lay bare all the reasons I was driven to find an unhealthy comfort in food. There were many of you that reached out to me privately by email to share your own heartrending stories. While I can't quite bring myself to reply, I did want to tell you all thank you. It took a great courage to put those words down.
